Help us Build an Inclusive Halls Community

Join the ResLife Team and play a crucial role in shaping our inclusive community! 

Are you passionate about making student life in halls more inclusive, and representative of everyone who lives there?

We’re looking for creative socially-minded, and passionate students from diverse backgrounds to help shape a better, more inclusive halls experience through content, storytelling, and student insight. 

We are now accepting applications for the following three roles:

  • LGBTQIA+ inclusivity assistant 
  • Neurodivergent and Disabled Students Inclusivity Assistant 
  • Black Students Inclusivity Assistant 

These roles are part of our ResLife Team and are an opportunity for students to help ensure that LSE halls reflect the rich diversity of the people living in them. You’ll work to highlight underrepresented voices and experiences, showcase how you fostered your communities within halls, and bring your insights as we work to make inclusive halls for everyone.

Role Overview

Position: Inclusivity Assistants – ResLife Team (x3) 

Hours: 10h per week

Salary: £250 One4All Voucher

Applications deadline: Sunday 13 July
You must be a full time LSE student for the duration of the role.

What you'll do: 

  • Help shape inclusive marketing that welcomes everyone into the LSE halls community.
  • Consult and collaborate on content across channels: website, social media, posters, digital screens, email campaigns, and more.
  • Bring fresh ideas and insights based on your lived experience and student perspective.
  • Bring creative energy to everything you do – we want your voice!
