It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're bringing together all the most useful mental health and wellbeing resources in one place, so if you ever need support, its right at your fingertips.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, want to check in with yourself, or just need a bit of a breather, here's where to start.
Support at LSE and in your Hall

Support includes:
- Mental Health Advisers
- Wellbeing and Counseling Services
- Disability and Mental Health Service
🏠 Support in Halls
From your Warden team to your Halls Wellbeing team, there are people around you who genuinely care. Whether you are going through something big or small, you're not expected to handle it alone.
