Entry: When arriving at a hall you do not reside in, you must show reception and the instructor your LSE ID and event QR code.

- It is mandatory to bring your LSE ID, as it will be checked against your ticket
- Tickets are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket
- Refund requests made on the day of the event will NOT be given

🧘 Join Our Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath session! 🌼You'll start by lying down comfortably while being guided through the Yoga Nidra practice, also known as “yogic sleep.” It is a meditative journey to relax your body, calm your mind, and connect with your inner stillness.
Once you're fully relaxed, gentle sounds from instruments like crystal bowls and chimes will fill the space, helping you release tension, feel refreshed, and leave with a sense of calm and balance.

No prior experience is needed—simply bring yourself and an open heart. You’ll lie down comfortably as the sounds unfold, allowing your body to rest and reset.

You don't need to live in Bankside to join these sessions, but you will need to book. Spaces are limited, so make sure you book your place.
The London School of Economics reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot attend an event, please let us know within 24 hours before the event day. This frees up the slot for someone on the waiting list.
- Three consecutive cancellations will limit your participation in future classes, and access will only be available at the administrator's discretion.
- ResLife events are ONLY for 2025/26 Hall residents.
- If you fail to attend pre-booked sessions, your participation in future sessions will be terminated for the remainder of the term.
We have photographers and filmmakers at some of our events to capture footage to share online and for use in future promotional materials. If you don't want to be featured, please inform a member of the Residential Life team.
